by the way i only mean the obviously violent crimes on this list. u shouldnt be sentenced to death for sexual harrassment, property damage, harrassment, cruelty to animals, or battery unless it results in life threatening injuies, which would constitute attempted murder. u kno i been thinkin they should reform the justice system. ANY violent felony should carry a MANDATORY DEATH SENTENCE UPON CONVICTION. in addition, NO APPEALS ALLOWED. THAT WAY THEY CANT DRAG A DEATH SENTENCE INTO A 20 YR PRISON TERM ANYWAY. that would save taxpayers money on housing these bums and almost certainly make these d--kheads think twice before they go kill someone. just a thought.
