Oh please Dr.P, they are just homeless people. They do not even count as real people. THe homeless are a burden on society. We need to buy all the homeless 1 way bus tickets to Montana and get rid of them forever.
Shoooooo- Don't compare killing an animal to doing the same to a human. While I find what happened to the dog disgusting, he never threatened her. This wasn't a case where he was going around telling everyone that he planned to harm this woman. From what has come out so far I have yet to see any specific threats that were levied.
And calling me a liberal/ really? That is the best you can come up with. While I do not quite understand why anyone would consider anyone either liberal or conservative (I consider myself a bit of both), take a look at some of my posts. You are probably the 1st person who ever called me that. Had this guy make specific threats, and a judge let him walk out of court, I would be the 1st in line to call for the judge to step down. In this case, that just did not happen.
Why are so many people trying to look for blame when the person who deserves 100% of the blame put a gun to his dome and took the cowards way out this after noon. My only hope for him is that the split second before that slug went hurling into his brain, that his life flashed before his eyes and he realized the fact that his life was a total waste. I hope he was scared and panicced. I hope this SOB sat there begging for god to give him guidance, but god didn't help him. This worthless bastard is the villain here, and there should be no room for anyone else on that stage.
Everyone here who is screaming for Judge Sweeneys head on a platter, just slow your roll. I certainly do not condone stalking anyone, but take a look at the facts. This azz-clown never actaully threatened harm to his victim. This guy never had a criminal record until all this started up, so he never showed any signs of being a real threat.
By that rationale, the first judge who ever had OJ come across his or hers bench should be held accountable for what he did to his Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman.
The same people crying for the judge to do more are the same ones who won't vote for a tax hike so the local jails can be better staffed. I hope some of you were watching the news last night, every cop they interviewed said that there is almost no way for the police to follow around a staking victim 24/7. 99% of the people accused of stalking stop once law enforement intervene. So, should the cops arrest every person who is accused of staking and lock them up, just to be on the safe side.
I think what has happened is a true tragedy, and my heart goes out the the victims family. I just think that bashing the judge for following the law is not the answer. Had she given this dirtbag prison time, then some other criminal would have been given early release and then you would be crying about that.
Tressel will make the university that $200k back ten fold. He is a great teacher and a great leader. It was sad that he had to leave Ohio State in the way he did, but I am glad to see he is back at the collegiate level.
Walter- I do agree his acting skills are suspect. But, I think he earns his money on 30 Rock. That show his hilarious and everyone on that show was perfectly cast.
I lived in SW Florida for 11 years. Being a right to work state was truely a blessing. I was in a management position with the company worked for and I saw guys work hard everyday. The guys that worked under me understood that with it being right to work, that they had to give a full days work on a daily basis.
Ohio would be doing it self a huge favor by going the same way as Indiana.
And, a little FYI; The home is valued at $10, 580.00 on the Mahoning County Auditors website. The home was bought in July of 1998 for $31,400.
Makes you wonder if there is more to this story. I mean if the home was bought for such a low price, how in 17 years of owning the home does she still owe such a large chunk of the mortgage?
Sounds like there is another side to this story that Morgan's mom isn't telling anyone.
Every family is different. It isn't always like it is on the Cosby Show or Eight is Enough. If Morgan chooses to be estranged from his family, then that is his choice. While I don't agree with that choice, it isn't my family so I cannot make that choice.

Man finally faces prison after 44 arrests net 0 convictions
44 arrests and he is only 25? Such a sad state of our judicial system that it takes 45 arrests before this clown finally goes to jail.
