Ok people please read the article, he wasn't diagnosed with cancer until after he died....the autopsy determined what the child died from. If a family ups and moves... how is CSB supposed to know where they moved to? They moved because they did not want to take their dying emaciated child to the doctor. What part of that absolves the parent of their responsibility?

tonne, can you read? The parents moved out of the county to avoid CSB. Rather than ever take the child to the doctor, they moved. CSB was not derelict, but they might do better by hiring licensed social workers instead of just anyone with a degree.
YSU has plenty of ways to get extra money, they do not need to resort to fudging placement test results...I was a high school dropout and had been out of school for 30 years, I did not have to take remedial English and I got an A in both English classes I took. If your son did not take his time and use correct grammar and punctuation, he may have very well failed because of that.
