First off,Thank you Mr. Ditchey! Your ideas are brilliant and ever so much needed.
Second...lets create a Chip-in for Drone to have it euthanized. people such as that ,who have no respect for animal life have no respect for any life. Drone most likely delights in pulling wings off of flies and putting ants under a magnifying glass. You give the human race a bad name.
Yes VindyPost we must spay and neuter our pets. We also need a decent low cost spay/neuter program here. And a program to spay/neuter feral cats. That is the first step.
And remember,Don't shop...ADOPT!
For the record,all of our animals we have now (and all in the past) have been rescues. Even the cockiteils.
Save a life and go to The Adoptathon. I will be there! Will you?

I am puzzled. Exactly how did these three dim bulbs manage to beat her with their feet? Are they snap on feet? Do they screw on? Buckles or suction cups? Maybe if it read she was beaten and kicked. Just sayin.

What is so wrong with using a beautiful mansion ,on Millionaire's Row as City Hall? History is made in historical buildings.I would love to work inside that lovely building.It would be lovely to build apartments or assisted living units for the aged.I for one would love to watch the river run, Why such negativity? Have you spent time in Downtown Warren shopping? Visiting the art galleries?Have you dined in one of the many resturants? How many concerts have you gone to this summer at the pavillion? I would guess none.The childrens summer program is wonderful. Seeing a few hundred kids so absorbed in drawing chalk pictures on the sidewalks around the courthouse is a very pleasurable experience.
One last thing: Downtown Warren does not smell of piss and the homeless drug dealers shooting up behind YPD as Youngstown does.,

When these hoodrats are dropped off at the hospital,they get treatment first. Does not matter if you were there before they were. Nor does it matter how dire your situation is. You have to wait. Does not matter if you have insurance either. Too bad for you. Let that blood clot in your lung shoot into your brain. St E's does not care. I waited three days for a test there in July,to be told the emergency patients have priority. That means these slugs. I asked if it was indeed these low lifes clogging the system,I got a muttered response of yes. If they want to go around shooting each other,go ahead. But wait your damn turn in the hospital. It is not fair to us who pay our taxes,earn our wages and have insurance. North Side wisely refuses trauma cases. Great move on their part. St E's is a mess. Even if you are a trauma patient you have to wait your turn for the wannabe gangbangers. And don't forget your gun for the parking lots and waiting rooms.

Maybe the crack ho's and hoodrats will realize that the good people of Austintown and Walmart will not tolerate these things.

Maybe all the thugs and gang bangers should pool their tat money together to pay for the funeral. Probably 50 or so have run out and had this kids name blazened on arms chests and backs. Not cheap.
By the way, all funeral homes sell a plywood box for under $1000.00. Cardboard is even cheaper. Cut the calling hours to one viewing. No limos and you cut the costs more.
