I think that this is a great program! I live in Liberty and lets face it, it isn't the safest neighborhood around. It's getting better, but still a ways away from what it could be. Kudos to the officers that participate in this program

Along with having a pet comes responsibilites. If he cannot uphold those responsibilites he shouldn't have had animals at ALL.

Liberty initiates safety program

Firefighter kills pets to avoid kennel fees
