I drove past the body...not a good site....I dont understand how the man had time to get out and no one even thought to look at the license plate and its youngstown every place has a video camera because all of the crime rate up there....so please if you are reading this and have any idea please tell someone because someones mother doesnt have a son for christmas because of some careless person...what gets me is if it was an accident the guy wouldnt have even ran and now he is in more trouble for leaving the scene its happened where im from and the guy is in no trouble because it was an accident but he stayed until the police came....this is rediculous!!!!
