As said voice - starved of intelligence, the judge is so clueless. How the heck did he pass the BAR? Again, personal experiance, and uh-humm "heresay", he didn't make it as a lawyer that is why he is a judge, and talk about the other idiots forget it. That is why they don't have their own practices.
