Way to go YSU! If the campus area and Wick-pollock were in the getto, and they most definately are not, isn't this the way ghetto areas undergo positive change? Maybe with that negative thinking, we could also save big bucks by closing Mill Creek park and golf course and let it go to weeds and broken roads. while we're at it, let's do away with Fellows gardens too, and cut down all those big trees and sell the lumber! A natural gem of a city park and a top university, c'mon guys get behind what is excellent long term planning.
