How about the fact that Judge Dellick testified in Sam Amendolara's disciplinary trial in Columbus? Conflicts of interest seem to be everywhere. Additionally, don't overlook the fact that Judge Dellick's husband, John, ratted on a fellow lawyer for a very minor notary mistake just to get the upper hand in a case. These people!!!!

And don't forget that Amendolara, in addition to his private practice allows his name to be posted as a partner in Amendolara & Rafidi so that the firm can benefit from his position as magistrate. Supreme court should investigate this entire mess.

How can Sam Amendolara maintain a private practice while at the same time be a partner in a law firm elsewhere? Maybe the Supreme Court should review.
