I used to be a Republican, but now I am independent and will vote for Obama. Back in 2000, I voted for McCain in the primary. I trusted what he said about being a friend of Vets and the military. But after he voted no on almost every bill for the military over the pass 8 years, I can't no believe he will take care of our military and vets. He stayed away and didn't vote for the recently passed GI bill. Being a vet of 24 years in the military, I feel that over the last 8 years McCain has forgotten about the men and women who have always backed him and is now using his lies to get the military and vets to vote for him while he gives nothing in return except to tell us in his speeches that he loves vets.
Don't think tax reform is socialism. But is Obama is socialist then McCain is too. The big wall street bailout is one of the most recent act of socialism and John McCain suppended his campaign to go help with that.
