However, certain types of speech are not protected. Libel is one. It amazes me how ignorant some people are. You think you can make accusations that the judge and prosecutor are paid off, then turn around and think that is your right. wow. well you are wrong. Saying a prosecutor and judge are paid off is probably the most defamatory thing you can say. Those are prestigious and highly respected positions. More respected and prestigious than any of you posting that nonsense. They are doing their jobs correctly and according to the LAW. Saying they are being paid off is defamatory and idiotic. I know them both well and I know they are both very fair and do their jobs very well. So keep on posting that libel, but dont be surprised when you find yourself involved in a lawsuit.

The judge then asks what his source if income is, and if the defendant says he doesnt have a source, then the judge will appoint a lawyer. I agree, that is a bunch of bull. I dont want to pay for this guy's lawyer. Judges needs to do a better job of inquiring about a persons finances, and not just appoint lawyers to all of them. The defendant also must fill out a financial affidavit, and it is perjury if he lies on the form.

The circumstances did not justify a warrantless entry. I am a defense attorney who specializes in criminal law. And if I represented this man, the charges would have been dismissed rather quickly. Macejko did the right thing, and followed procedure. So for all you that are attempting to be lawyers here, dont. Go to law school then try again. If agents or officers just came busting into your home without a warrant, you would be singing a different tune. It is sad what happened, however do not blame the prosecutor.
