wcid obviously you live in a bubble where headline news doesnt reach you.. an 11 year old in PA shot and killed his Dad's pregnant girlfriend.. so dont tell me that the 10 year old couldnt possibly have been doing anything. The officer has a right to go home in his car, not a body bag.

If he had ignored it and they WERE robbing someone, everyone would still be trying to hang the officer by his toenails. Can't win for losing.

Thats a nice idea hope4thevalley but thats not the way it works. It costs a loaded semi (carrying goods that everyone uses) almost 200 dollars from Ohio to Philly in tolls ONE WAY. The trucking companies dont pay for that- consumers pay for it at the store everytime they buy anything. Can you imagine how much money they collect every single day and still cry they dont have any money? No more tolls!

You are talking to someone who assumes that kids that age cant do anything wrong Stan. Nevermind the fact that an 11 year old across the state line is being tried as an adult because he shot and killed his Dad's pregnant girlfriend.. they are just kids.. Yes these kids were innocent.. but the officer approaching them doesn't have a crystal ball to tell him that.

Nunya it's ok to put the dictionary down and join the rest of the real world.. I promise LOLHowever you are probably too priapic to get the point. :D

The kids were scared but not hurt.. given that we now live in times where ANYTHING can and does happen I don't see how you can blame the officer for being cautious. I have been profiled a couple times simply for the type of car I drive and once they run my plates and find out im not a trouble maker they are polite and send me on my way.

Zero I have a news flash for you.. Drugs effect people of ALL wakes of life, of all kinds of jobs, and all types of income levels. It isn't just a poor people's problem and it isn't always because their parents didn't "raise them right." All it takes is one person making a bad choice to try them and they are hooked. Am I defending drug addicts? Nope, I hate them. However you can't blame their bad choices on their parents.

Zero that is about the stupidest statement I have ever heard. I have seen kids raised by wonderful parents and the kids still manage to get their OWN selves into trouble.. You can't automatically blame their parents. Duh!

I disagree Stan- but only because we have had too many cases where they figure out years later they arrested an innocent man. In order to speed up the death penalty, we also need to speed up the appeals process. I hate feeding and clothing the obviously guilty ones as much as you do but the appeals process has kept a few from dying for a crime they didnt commit.
