Not to worry about Hagan, his stance on shutting down the wells and destroying the only real union jobs this valley has seen in 40 years will get him voted out of office. He needs to step back and express that there are regulations that need to be in place, like any other industry, as the wells and our area continue to grow, not shut down completely. Yeah, lets put all the union halls on unemployment. What a moron!! Try reading before you open your mouth. I'm all for going green, regulations & economic growth, but we need to work together.

Bobby Lemon Grove Hagan is probably going to come out and make some stupid comment on why he wasn't invited to the meeting as did the "need anger management sessions" Betras. Bobby, you were not invited because they only invited intelligent common sense people who will make the best of this all for the people, the environment and the industry. Unlike you who can only say, stop the train!! By the way, did you stop the waste train going through our communities?? I am glad to see two reps from ODNR will attend the meeting Wednesday night to hopefully explain and get through the heads of the Occupy morons what is really the truth. Saw a video of the council meeting, was that a pirate in their group? Of course, they won't believe a word of what is said because it is not what they want to hear so why am I wasting my time typing this out? Anyway, this was an excellent article that should have been printed weeks ago. Great insight and great explanations. To the editor, you should do this more often and yes, people may start to respect the Vindicator.

One more comment, does anyone out there think that maybe Mr. Hagan is upset because no one lined his pocket? Just asking?

Unionforever - are you really a union guy? Because if you were, you would realize that union jobs and lots of them will be coming. You and Hagan must not want union people to continue to work. Thanks. How about the front page picture of Hagan holding up his fist like a Black Panther - I can hear him singing " Power to the People". I'll remember this Bobby next time you"re on the ballot and I'll remind all the union people as well.

Anyone that reall y believes Hagan is helping them is a bigger idiot tha he is. He's a politican with motive. He said we need to introduce legislation to ban drilling, then says drilling should be taxed more. Waffle, waffle, waffle. We are going to hit it big in the Valley, bring back the good ole days of indusrty and economic relief. Its been to long since we have been depressed. You want clean water and fresh air, move to Colorado, no one is forcing you to stay here, nor do we want you liberal "I'm entitled" types.
