I already use this type of light bulbs. Checking prices Thursday 10-15-2009, the price for a pack of twelve of these light bulbs, which is what I bought last time, was Twenty One dollars at Home Depot in Boardman Ohio. Note: that is less than a dollar a piece to buy a small quantity of twelve at regular retail price. I would imagine the Electric Company got a discount on the purchase of 3.7 million of these bulbs. The cost they want to charge for something I do not need nor want is simply THEFT. No other way to put it! To charge customers for the "power they don't use", again, can only be described as "THEFT"! Thats my story and I am sticking to it! From a Customers point of view!
