Fireworks are not illegal to manufacture provided you have all the ATF paperwork and State/local permission. Believe it or not there are still a few manufactures in the US. They don't make the same stuff Phantom sells, but the display fireworks you see in the big shows.
While they are digging up all the ground to move the ramp why don't they just dig 680 4" deeper for 40' than raise the whole bridge? Is it cheaper to raise a bridge than dig up the road under it and repave it?
I sure hope he would have more fans than Williams if they fought in Youngstown. I am just saying that if he was the huge attraction they say he is he should sellout his home arena regardless of who he is fighting.
Don't use the down economy excuse because there hasn't been a good one in Youngstown for 40 years.

Where did all the people who travelled all over to see him fight and drink all the beer the bars had go? You can't use the excuse that it is the economy because there hasn't been a good one in Ytown for 30 years.
