HERE IS THE BOTTOM LINE. The kid screwed up. The cop was totally in the right and should be praised. Maybe this kid will learn a lesson. When a cop tells you to stop. You stop. Obviously the kid has zero respect and should be arrested and prosecuted for attempted murder on a peace officer. There should be no investigation, no inquiry, and the officer should be reinstated without prejudice. It is complete bs that we waste our tax money to even do an investigation on something so clear cut. THE KID IS A COMPLETE moron.

I hope the police really look into this. It all sounds very fishy. Cars roll up behind us all day long. Why would you swerve to "possibly" avoid an accident. How did he know the car was going to hit him? It just sounds weird. You know what I think really happened. This guy hit the utility poll on accident and then covered it up by attempting to mitigate the fact that he was at fault, drunk, or just careless. Think about it, if we swerved when we "thought" we were gonna be hit, we would be in accidents all day long. Thoughts?
