"Not accountable" speaks volumes. The bishops STILL don't feel accountable for their actions--- to anyone.

"...to an outside group." How are survivors of abuse by clergy "outside." They're mostly baptized Catholics. They've seen a side of clergy that is a lot more intimate than most Catholics.

So how does the good Bishop manage to characterize SNAP as an "outside" group?

Because they say something other than "yes Excellency" when dealing with bishops?

Because they're not "good" victims who just take what is offered?
