The board needs to make it if you pay 10% into your pension then the school district equals it not pay 14%. All employees should pick up a higher % of the medical. 4. Get rid of the retired rehire of the Financial Manager that we have not needed for the last few years. That is what we have a Treasurer for with her assistant. We pay for the retirees medical + he makes $79K+. Get rid of the Athletic Director who makes $80K+ who cannot even subsitute and has 2 to 3 employees working with him. Mr. Weiss and his secretary did it for many years and he could also teach. Our enrollment has not gone up over the years. It has stayed consistent. 5.
