this guy has been a jack ass since taking office in 2011. You think his tax elimination will work? Same people who love his "plan" will be the SAME ones yipping when monies are shifted, or services are cut.

Corporate America 2014: Company does not want their plant to continue to operate in a given location (Warren). They warn the unions that due to increased cost, if a concession package is not constructed, and accepted, the plant will close.(GE)They put a package together that will pit old union members against their young, knowing full well that the vote will not pass (IUE), and will blame membership greed for the plants downfall. They also knew that even if it passed, they would have not kept many of the union brother/sisters who passed the concession package in the first place. It was a fool proof plan to close a plant that did not fit into modern day operations, by making it appear that union greed shut down operations by cutting their own throats while in reality, they were going to close it anyways all at the same time looking like they really cared about their work force in crapy little Warren, Ohio. Well done corporate GE! Welcome to 2014.

My question is this: Had the union passed the concession package as corporate had wanted, would they have kept all those employees? No .This was part of the "package". Corporate would have let a good number of the employees go leaving some. Would you as an employee of GE give up your job so someone with much less time than you could stay? Im gonna say sub consciously most would say no! Also wanted to restructure pensions, retirement packages... This was pitting union brother/sister against themselves. loose/loose for the factory, and the employees also. From what I understand from employees for and against is it was a matter of time for the plant closed anyways.......... they let the employees make the decision for them!!! Well done GE, you closed down your plant you didn't want to keep open anyways, but let your employees pull the switch for you............ Well done!

another republicjerk ploy to discredit public schools, and "sway" thinking to privates and charters. How can a school system be scored as excellent with distinction, and next year have "f"s? All Bull sh$t!!!
