I recommend placing a marker roughly every 200' throughout the Village - in a kind of a grid. Then appoint a committee to decide what was the most important thing to ever happen on that spot.

And what would it cost, per household, for Village/Township wide trash AND recycling collection? A "free and open marketplace" would exist if the localities, as opposed to individuals, took bids for service. Classic Mahoning County graft is what I am hearing.

No animosity! This project has always been touted as going from Nesbitt to Dobbins. Now they say it is complete, but the patch in the Village to get to Nesbitt is not included. Are you seriously telling us that none of the current work was on private property? Fix it.
