Can somone explain to me why Zachariah, an officer of the court in some cases before the courts, and who's agency represented the State of Ohio during the period of this criminal action deserves court records sealed? Were his ALLEGED criminal actions, made as a public official? Were they made as a private citizen? Does "national security" get harmed if it becomes public?
Or just the Cafaro's interests?
Whatever the answer, the coverup to date, by the Court, or the State of Ohio, should be investigated? Where is the OHIO DISCIPLINARY COUNCIL in this? Oh, I forgot, they slither under rocks pretending to represent JUSTICE.
HELLO ALQAIDA! BEST HIDING PLACE IN THE COUNTRY IS IN GOOD OLE YTOWN.
I believe that the record needs to be public so that all potential Cafaro employees know the risk they take when they get a job offer. Judge Wolffe has a duty to protect the public and he should be disbarred and his pension taken away if he fails to protect the public.
And what do I think Judge Wollfe will do?
Yes, what every Ohio public servant does when dealing with the Cafaro's - SCREW THE PUBLIC.
Julie, Hopefully you'll get a bonus for "repeating the lie". Maybe a savings bond.
Reality is most people don't want to live in the Valley because of corruption. They'd rather live in Cleveland where the corruption is at least diversified. In Youngstown - the corruption is organized such that the public always holds the bag.
Hold it tight, Julie - or the truth might smack you upside
Mr. Callen, What do you tell those members of your community that are afraid to reveal themselves to CAFARO's puppet?
You know what happens to those persons that might publicly show opposition to POLITICS AS USUAL in Youngstown.
Sending a letter to a vindictive, vengeful politician like Righetti and McNally could ultimately result in losing child support or something else that is controlled by the COUNTY's PUBLIC SERVANTS via the new Zachariah.
Have you dined with William, JJ, or Flora Cafaro in your life? Upon a successful election, would you accept a dinner invitation from any member of the Cafaro family, including Capri?
If answer is YES to any of these questions, Vote for other candidate or write in MICKEY MOUSE.
The worst you might get is a ficticious mouse in office and it would save the government the cost of salary and benefits.

Prosecutors bash Cafaro interests in Oakhill case
It sounds like the "transparency" that the public is owed. What kind of Ohio public official would "seal" public deal making from the public?

NE OHIO justice reminds me of a third world country..
Government officials expect bribes and the community expects government officials to be bribed and a justice system that protects the bribery.
CONGRATULATIONS JUDGE WOLFF - YOU ARE A RETIRED VISITING JUDGE and not worthy to be a third world judge or a TV judge. You are a friend to CORRUPTION.

At least the fed's make the court filings public so that the public has a hint of who's corrupt.
