CRASH AFTERMATH

Dear Dr. Kennedy.... don't expect to be elected back into office this time. Even if no one runs against you. I will write in a name.

County Commissioners.....shame on you for allowing this man to set such 'rules'.

Peace be with the families.

Scheduling creates conflict for area theatergoers

Isn't it exciting!
Something so good in this town!! Please get out and support the arts! Spread the word about these wonderful shows, if you see a show and tell just one person, the audience would double!

Even in the worse economic times, we still need to get away from life's trials and live theater is where it is at in Youngstown!

Check next season's schedule, they are working on staggering the opening nights. They hear you!

‘Dinner With Friends’

Best of Luck Chris! What an awesome cast! Youngstown is so blessed with all the talented people it has as it's own!

No one can say there isn't anything to do in Youngstown during theatre season!

Support the Oakland, Vic, Playhouse, TNT, Top Hat, New Castle, Weathervane and all the rest in the area!!

They put their heart into their work for the public's benefit.

Saw the show this weekend. So powerful and such good acting. It is a must see. I heard you need to call for tickets as they were sold out last evening. Support local theatre...go!

Ex-pastor pleads to assault, gets no jail time

To the procecutors of this case. SHAME on YOU. To the JUDGE on this case. DOUBLE SHAME ON YOU to allow him off with such a mild sentence. Remember your oath as an attorney. Remember how you felt about what good you could do for the public. How do you feel now?

Disappointed Voter and Resident of Mahoning County and member of ZION

Yes, I am ashamed I was not aware of what was going on when I was involved in the confirmation classes. Maybe because I was who I was is why Dale did not ask me to come back and help the next year. I might have figured it out. AND I would have blown the whistle.

Men like this don't change.
And he never said he was sorry.

Because he isn't....he is just an angry old man now without the power of the clergy tro hide behind.

Ex-pastor indicted on rapes to get plea deal

I agree with Judy. It took courage to come forward.

I am angry that he will not have to register as a sex offender. Come on Judge Evans. What is up?

This is like a tiny slap on the hand for someone who by his actions of resigning from the clergy admitted wrong doing. And he gets what? A little $1,000.00 fine if anything??
Some justice.

Oakland’s ‘Rabbit Hole’ is brilliant

Saw it Saturday....no one should miss this!!

We are blessed to have such talented folks in our community.
Between the Oakland, the Victorian, the Playhouse, TNT, Salem, Lisbon, New Castle, and YSU's theatre no one should feel uncultured! If you are reading this...it is because you also care about our theatres! Thank you!!

GO support our arts!

Former pastor Giffin faces 6 rape charges

There are more alligations and they are true. Unfortunately, I know the parents of one of the girls. Mr. Giffin was a very 'controling' and power hungry person. They appear to go hand in hand the power and abuse. My heart goes out to his family. I hope they all seek help. I am a member of the church and have 'felt' something was wrong for many years. I also worked with the youth of the church and it pains me to think of the girls that were involved.
