The job was done correct. Anyone who has ever ate at the restaurant or been to a catering event, knows that we know how to do our job. We also post our health inspections at the front counter because we don't have anything to hide. We are one of the cleanest restaurants around. Our health inspections are PROOF! Anyone that has worked there, can vouch for that. And they will if needed in court! You say as a businessman, he opens himself up to lawsuits. Funny, Tony and Phyllis are business people and have NEVER been sued. In fact, I know plenty of businessmen that dont have a record like your friend, George.
Also, I dont know if you ever had to sue someone, but its NOT an easy, quick process. You act as if lawyers move fast...they don't.

Also, George Krinos NEVER ONCE called to make a deal with Phyllis or Tony. He never called or tried to make any payment arrangements. THAT IS THE TRUTH! And the comment about Tony threatening George...ridiculous. In case you don't realize, $10,000 is A LOT of money to a small business. Phyllis and Tony have worked their whole life to build their restaurant and Krinos could make them lose everything. They can't afford not to sue him. Also, I ask you if someone owed you $10,000, what would you do???
George called Phyllis 3 days before the wedding bc he did not have the money to pay for his wedding. Stephanie came into the restaurant to finalize everything and was supposed to have the check then. She said George got held up at work. He then stalled until Friday at 5:30 because he knew Phyllis wouldn't cash it until Monday. HE IS A CROOK!

AngeNetta's did not have to hire three attorneys because they wouldn't take the case. The first attorney said he had a conflict of interest after leading on that he would file suit for several months. The second said she would file "any day" for another several months. Finally, the owner hired an attorney that works fast and sees that Krinos is a crook.
I was also at the wedding...as a worker for AngeNetta's. First of all, Krinos and Stephanie planned an elaborate affair they couldnt afford. They said there was going to be 500-600 people...barely 200 showed. There were 45 workers from AngeNetta's and every one of them ate something we made. NOT a SINGLE person got sick.
Also, yes the other caterers were paid. However, not until Krinos checks BOUNCED first. Stambaugh's check and the linen company's check bounced. He never had the money to pay for his wedding.
Also, the caterer that did the grape leaves received their check days before the wedding, only to have it bounce. They refused to cater the wedding unless Krinos paid in cash. He did and also cut more than half of the food he ordered. A sign he did not have the $.
If you want to know what kind of person George Krinos is...he's the kind of person that opens his wedding envelopes at his wedding and complains to the caterer that he didnt make any money from this wedding. He is DISGUSTING and should go to JAIL!!!!
