the boe & administrators are not hearing. the levy has been soundly defeared twice. can field is a maturing community with a large number of households on fixed incomes, where do these people find monies for a tax increase - skip lunch twice a week, reduce their medicatiion - what. I for one have not gotten a salary increase in 5 years, & have had copay insurance rise twice during that time, added cost of increased fuel, daily staples, insurances etc. no more taxes, we cannot afford increased taxes
