As far as I am concerned the judge who pronounced the first sentence for this Piece of Crap (Croley) is no better than Croley himself!! If I were a judge I would try to get the laws changed so animal abusers would be punished with felonies! The prosecutors, judges and lawmakers in Ohio are ignorant and just don't give a damn!!!! THEY need to be voted OUT!!!!
Our lawmakers ARE definitely working without tools .....Brains!!! Almost all the other states have felony laws against animal cruelty. I don't know what it is about Ohio that it is so difficult to get proper legislation passed!!! What's the big deal about passing Nitro's Law?! Why can't they just pass it and be done with it?! Common sense tells you that the punishment has to fit the crime!!! A slap in the hand is obviously ineffective!!!! What is it going to take to get them to WAKE UP!!!?

When Croley was sentenced the first time, he said he was sorry...SORRY MY *SS!!! He was SO sorry he violated his probation by getting more animals. A little jail time and probation doesn't work with people like this!!!
CROLEY lied about the dogs under his care. He said they were fine, when they were starving to death right under his nose!!! He willfully starved them to death and all he gets is a slap on the hand??!!!!
