To fleeytown, fyi the crime didnt happen at F&N Food Market. That store is located on the East Side of Youngstown, the article claims it happened on the South Side so something doesnt add up. Even if it did happen at F&N, the crimes that occur outside of the store does not associate the crime with the store. And yes the city did want to shut it down but supporters from the area and petitions of people who know its a family owned business kept it opened. Again the crimes that occur does not have anything to do with the store, the owner, or its family. To the editor and writer of this article get your story straight. The crime occured on the city South Side on Market Street, no where near the East Side where F&nN Food Market is located. I think your going to have to research this crime more and stop slandering the business name.
Mark Sweetwood: I understand you are doing your job. I have no concerns in the article written, and have sympathy for the family. But could you please stop referring to the most recent shooting on the East Side of Youngstown, as F&N Market shooting. The shooting happened on a vacant lot next to the store and is not related to the store at all.
