City hall causing her health issues certainly didn't stop her from collecting a paycheck from them for 8 years. And, had her department not been eliminated she'd still be working there. I smell.....bull$7it. Brenda is the one who has "disrespected and bullied" others. Why the need to retaliate on Facebook and at a hearing? It appears she has happily moved on to another job. Get over it. I feel sorry for the impending bullying and harassment that she will provide her new employer. She's your problem now, Ashtabula!
So, someone is offering to save the city $67K a year? That's incorrect according to the article on Feb 7 that said CBS made $75K in 2012 and will be increasing their rate to $125,000 this year. Those are the numbers that don't add up. If someone is willing to provide the same service for $108,000, why argue? This one seems like a no-brainer. Even the Ytown politicians should be able to see a benefit in saving that much money. The only things I see here that don't add up are the prices for CBS, and the reasons they could possibly hesitate to consider a better offer for accomodating VXI employees downtown.
