These poor animals waited and waited for someone to take care of them. For someone to feed them and give them a drink of water. This person needs to be brought to justice for the most horrific crime of all. I do not believe for one moment that he didn't have the money to feed them. Especially when the owners of the dog stated that money was left for their care.
Let's hope justice is served and this man pays the price for what he's done.
