Fact is the Indiana Turnpike lease has done wonders for that state. Drove there this week for Super Bowl visit. The entire loop around the city and incoming highways and bridges are brand new. Paid for by the Turnpike lease with NO tax increase to their citizens. If this didn't take place, they probably wouldn't have got the Super Bowl. Ohio should learn from them make a smart deal.
