The buzz around Utopia was the poor young sole, Andrew Culp was in a fight at Utopia and was pepper sprayed by the Utopia bouncer. If being in a fight & pepper sprayed was not enough, (if this is true) maybe that had something to do with someone running him over or not. But how awful this is! My deepest sympathy goes out to his parents, family and friends. No parent should have to endure this done to they're child!
