It is about time that neighbors start watching out for each other. Thanks for the brave reponse and keen eye of the neighbors. We all have to stick together or we will be overcome by the unruly-disrespectful juveniles. No home training-no manners and usually no adult supervision. I hope the throw the book at them and not tap their hands for being bad girls.
I was at the scene of this moments after it happened. (I heard the shots and called it in also) You can have a cop on every corner. It won't stop the nonsense It needs to start at home. If parents are made more accountable for their childrens actions and are more involved in their lives-we as a community would not be having this problem.
