They investigated the complaint and found "do cause" and suggested to the city of Youngstown to remove him from a hostile work environment and place Mr. Ally on PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE. The lawsuit was settled the night before the case was to go to trial. This was done to keep all the tapes and texts under seal so that the public would not hear them and read them and to assist macejko in his pursuit of the county prosecutor's job!
