Just want to say I agree with Attis comment. The only way to stop drinking and driving is to do that. An intresting fact: there are couple of countries in the world that your first offense for OVI is you last. The penalty for OVI is death. I am not saying that we should do but penalties have to be a lot more than what we have now.
