I would think if I were the owner of v&m star, I wouldn't want my recent 700 million dollar addition jeopardized. I would think the cities of girard and youngstown, the feds and the state which have invested in this project would not want their investment jeopardized. has anyone looked into the background history of D&L drilling activities.
