It is rude to say that a person should not ask for help to bury their son because their son was stupid for being out after dark. That is just insensitive and rude. If a person does not have money to bury their child that died of a disease if they don't ask the community for help then how do they bury their children. So again what is your point?
Lastly, I do not believe that a place where men are celebrating making it to the age 20 is a place where I would want to raise my family. I do not believe when one looks at a group picture with 10 ppl in it and 8 of them were murdered is a place I would like to raise my family. And the grass is greener because where I live the death toll for the year is not in the double or triple digits and my son does not have to worry about being call stupid just because he was out after dark.
