This is an outrage! My nephew was a good kid although I did not get to see him much. When I would speak to him on the phone when he stopped over his grandmother's house, I would ask him what is going on and he would reply, "Nothing Uncle Stacey, just try to stay out the way!" Youngstown has not been pleasant to my family whatsoever first his dad and now him. There needs to be a big shake up in Youngstown and surrounding communities, that says this will not be tolerated. It starts with the people and is backed by law enforcement. Without the people's help they are still at a disadvantage. Once the people with bad intentions know that they are not safe on that street, neighborhood, block, house, building, or car they will have to change up their thought process or be brought down trying to do it. Those that think street justice will be done, you are wrong! It only breeds more and more violence. Come on Youngstown bring a community that could have some type of prominence out of this hell hole of a nightmare.
