I think it is time for this young man to be put to death so the vicitms family can have some closure. He took the rights away from their loved one yet he is still brathing 18 years later.
THis is just a sad situation. Regardless if it were a murder suicide or a double suicide 2 innocent lives were lost to soon. My condolences go out to the Mooney Family and the family of these 2 young men. RIP Jaime & Colin
