I have to disagree with most of you. What a strong case the prosecutor’s office must have had to reduce the sentence to a simple assault. Evidentiary issues, a.k.a. we don’t have any. I also love how all of you just assume the accusations are spot on. Sheep. I also can’t understand why someone who was soooo victimized and traumatized would of their own free will visit repeatedly with him. From Colorado ! Also just out of curiosity why were members of the court room who have no family relation to the accuser escorted to their vehicles by the sheriffs department?
