I'm not sure why the focus is on the proximity to Pittsburgh. I doubt it's the #1 reason folks live at the Links. I agree that the lots may be over priced, but that's not the sole issue. The plans for the development were also very aggressive and maybe not so realistic. Plus, the economy and housing market tanked when the Links was trying to get off the ground. No matter the issue, the Links is a beautiful development on a great golf course. Hopefully it won't be affected by the foreclosure.
