the idora park is owned by the Mount Calvary Church who lost this property for non payment of taxes then McKevley gave it back to this church for a dollar. the church leaders promised to reinvest in this property by building residential homes, retail shops and bring back the beauty of the idora park area that has not happen since mckelvey gave it back to them eight years ago. city guy look at the definition about insititional zoning who will benefit from it and who helped them. i would like to see you attend the caucuses and council meetings to see your hero and his cohorts in actions. look at the whole picture before you comment on my comment.
