I have known Jose for about 7 years He was friends with my nephew. He was not a troubled teen. He just don't take garbage from punks running there mouths. And yes he would kick your but in a heart beat if you ran your mouth. He was at mine & my sisters home several times and he was very respectful to us and our family. How about Judges and Lawyers who were drunk and wrecked there cars into houses and yards. Only difference they were lucky to survive. Jose's daughter changed his life and he loved her very much. Now she has to grow up without her Daddy. No matter what happened that night right or wrong he and his brother are dead and you can not bring them back. I will be at that funeral with a lot of friends and family who loved them and knew those boys for what they really were crying and wishing this terrible tragedy never happened.
