Did anyone else read the entire oBCI Investigative Report? I read the entire thing and am absolutely astounded at the finding of no one being responsible for the rape of a baby. What is wrong with our court system that children are not valued? Every single person who was involved with this should be behind bars. I want to know how these individuals would not be charged or found not guilty of such a heinous crime. They are also allowed to have their names blacked out while the name of the poor baby is out there for everyone to see. Shame on all of you.
