Reports of alcohol at Mooney probed

I heard something about a drug bust at Boardman High last week where 41 kids got arrested. It's funny that it was swept under the rug (not the first time)!
The jealous Catholic haters rear their ugly heads again! This is why this area doesn't have a chance. Something good finally happens and people turn it negative. All of the murders, politicians padding their pockets, and unemployment and this is what the haters focus on! Go Cards! You should be proud of your Championship!!

MOONEY CLAIMS 8TH TITLE

I wonder if Tom and those like him that advocate a Private School Championship have thought about the significant revenue loss to the OHSAA if the private schools are no longer welcome. Because there would be no reason to stay in the OHSAA if we're not wanted. Just ask the AD in Boardman if they have collected a bigger gate in the last 5 years than the two they collected when Mooney came to play. Regardless of what is written here the "haters" are still going to hate and Mooney, Ursuline, Ignatious, St. Eds, St. Vs, Youngstown Christian and all of the others will simply turn the other cheek. Until Friday nights --- because that's when we bust out the Old Testament.
Go Cards!

Mooney defeats Steubenville 45-7

No one put a gun to their head, devildog. They could have gone to their public school if they wanted to. Obviously they chose Mooney or Ursuline for a reason. Let's face it. Everyone has the choice to go where they want to go for their own reasons. No one forced them to do it.

Mooney leaves little doubt

Ha Ha. There are good kids and parents in every school system. You give yours a bad name. Judging by your number of posts, you have major issues and alot of spare time. Take good care of yourself. I have a life so I have to go. Good luck with your temper and your hang-ups. Bye!

Mooney leaves little doubt

Wow. I can tell what a class act you are by your posts. If Poland is the be-all end-all of communities why do my kids have a bunch of friends that live in Poland that go to Mooney. These people can afford to send their kids ANYWHERE.Their friends don't play football either. It is a shame that you claim to be the voice of Poland. My son has several friends that he played ball with that go to Poland. Really nice kids. People like you make it seem like all Poland residents are like you.
Thank God they're not. We are talking about HIGHSCHOOL FOOTBALL. May the best team win.

Wow, you get a little too fired up about high school football. Weren't you able to make the team in high school? If you had a kid that was passionate about football, wouldn't you send him to a school that had a program that would teach him something and get him noticed? If I had a kid that was into music, I would send him to a school that had a good reputation for that. You sound like you really have an axe to grind. GEEZ!! As for Clarett, didn't he live in Youngstown, play at Fitch until he was recruited away from Fitch by Harding? Both public schools,by the way. You mentioned morality in your post. I was at the Poland - Mooney basketball game a couple of years ago when some of the kids from Poland painted their faces white and wore all white and cheered / jeered at the Mooney students "that at least they were all white". This example and the hundred or so that we can post back and forth at each other just demonstrate that it is usually the few embarrasing the many. You and I both know that the overwhelming majority of families in Poland want the same things that the Mooney, Canfield, Boardman, Crestview, East and any other you can mention. They want their kids to have fun, make friends, stay safe, and learn something. And trust me they all want to win. The other thing I know for sure is that there are skeletons in every closet and it is time to move on.

Mooney leaves little doubt

Shouldn't it read,GO POLAND!! Win it for all of the snotty, predjudice, jealous public schools that secretly wish that they had open enrollment.
