@Lifes2Short The purpose was just as I stated. It's useless to get online and be condescending and racist. If you feel that passionately about the problem, participate in the solution.
Gam1225: "The question is where were the parents? Littlejohns? Abrams? Your child is a reflection of you!Once again where are the parents? Maybe holding them accountable and them doing time instead of the child would change the out come of the product they produce. I'm just saying!!"
@Lifes2Short Isn't that what she said? The point wasn't that the community should be responsible but rather that getting online and being just as ignorant and disrespectful as Ms. Littlejohn was, is not the solution to the problem.
Wow no comments?!?!! So 3 white boys shooting at an elderly man on the Eastside and NO ONE has anything to say???? Oh and since the second occurrence happened on the Westside, we can't tell what race they might be right?!?! Pitiful smh...
This article brought tears to my eyes! It's so nice to see a young black man working hard and striving to be successful amidst all the distractions he must face. Congratulations Mr. Nichols and family, you made this Chaney grad proud =)
Sadly it was probably the child's father who shot her and unfortunately for him their baby lived so he'll still have to be financially responsible for it. It's amazing what young men will do in order to shake the responsibility of being a dad.
No Lol, you missed my point. My point was, since he received a well deserved 5 years for assaulting an officer who wasn't injured, then Ms. Littlejohn is sure to receive jail time for her multiple punches and kicks to Officer Quinn. I'm not even going to waste words with regard to the rest of your post.
I think it's very interesting how LOUD the silence is regarding this article!! So many readers had negative comments about the disabled "driver", how he was playing the system, how the police were "just doing their job!" Funny no Stan "it's all good in the hood" comments here!
