Watched the link on here. When the inmate attempted to escape is when he opened the door. Non compliance of verbal order's justify the use of force used. If the deputy was "BEATING" the inmate, one would think he would have kicked him, kneed him. Six strikes were used, not abuse in my mind! My opinion!!
Channel 27 had the escape attempt on their web site. Not sure if it's still up. Use of force policies are public record. Go to ANY law enforcement agency and ask for a copy. 110 5th Ave. Youngstown, Oh. Read Mahoning County's use of force policy. Right in the caption is says " this is a portion" of the video of what happened.
He tried to escape! Did NOT comply with verbal commands. The strikes to the head/neck area ARE within the scope of the "use of forec continuum" used by just about EVERY law enforcement agency in the country.

Pure politics! Cannot say about her coaching, but 3rd child is at CH and all 3 love her. One of my kids is a special needs student. She has gone above AND beyond to help my son. The people behind this should be ashamed of themselves!
