Judge Krichbaum has no conceptual understanding of the Constitution or of justice - He ought to be thrown out of the legal system. There's no room for his kind of dream world antics.
I am speaking for Michael Jone's mom and myself, Michael's great aunt: We have PLEADED with you Judge Krichbaum and Mr. Walter Ritchie (Atty for Michael) to review Michael's case history and allow Michael to be referred to a Mental Hospital where he can get treatment and not Prison where he cannot get medication etc that he needs. We have written several times and you chose not to respond to our letters. Mr. Ritchie said it himself - Jones came from a broken home, has mental-health problems and has been locked up for all but three weeks of his life since he was 14.
WHAT DOES THIS TELL THE SYSTEM!!! Michael needs more than a PRISON CELL - HE NEEDS A MENTAL HEALTH HOSPITAL.!! Why torture him any more? He does not have control over his actions, can't you see that???????? Michael's mother and I want answers to our letters and an explanation why our letters have been ignored and have not been considered in the sentencing of Michael Jones. Thank you.
