‘Me too’ Republicans on wrong track

dmacker,
I'm a registered republican and I agree with you. No one is looking out for the people. However, when republicans do try to control spending and stop illegal immigration we are called names and demonized. Thus the republicans in office find it easier to go along rather than fight the demonizing. I really mean this, that I don't care which party is in charge as long as we the people and the greatest country that ever existed is the priority of our political leaders. It was really refreshing to read your post. Ps. If you can give Bill O'Reilly a look. He's the one person day after day who's looking out for the folks.

Postal workers deliver message: Don’t stop 6-day service

dmacker,
If I'm not mistaken,FOX NEWS reported that The US Government was loaning USPS money, which is tax-payer money. If the USPS would go under the government, that is the tax-payer would not be paid back the loaned money, thus in a sense the USPS is spending government money. No one but the liberal sites you must watch are taking FOX NEWS to task. No gross reporting by FOX.

Sequester will mean 3 percent cut

Seriously, It was the president's idea and the republicans helped him. The democrats gave the republicans just enough votes to pass and the rest could distance themselves from the sequester. If it worked it was the president's idea, if it didn't turn out well the dems would predictably blame the republicans. President Obama thought he could scare the people thus scare the republicans into no cuts unto increased spending and once again raise taxes. You're only kidding yourself if you think this president is bringing this country together.

Why not try a balanced approach?

If President Obama was a real leader, he'd be solving problems. Instead during every crisis he's out there scaring people with doom and gloom. There's got to be a better way to do things other than blaming others and demagoguery.

Sensible, The reason republicans voted for the sequester was for compromise. If the republicans wouldn't of gone for it, then you'd be calling them obstructionists. If this was a good idea, the president would be taking all the credit. Since it was a bad idea, his, and he signed it into law and it was a lousy idea, he now blames the republicans. Can't people see this president is more interested in politics and his party, than the good of the overall country, as he promised?

BREAKING NEWS: Youngstown police investigating East Side homicide

Fred, Government can't take you out of squalor, they're left to need government. People that need government and believe that government is there to help are being kept down on purpose. They are nothing more than a vote. You think it's people like me that hold blacks back. Sincerely Fred I'd love to see all that want a better life, had one. It's not me, it's whoever that's telling you it's my fault, that is your enemy. Private enterprise is very interested in hiring blacks or anybody that wants to work. They would much rather hire a black American, than a illegal or non citizen.

Bring United States’ election system into the 21st century

TB, Here's one of many.Voter fraud, illegal activities reported in several states - Examiner.com
www.examiner.com/.../voter-fraud-ille...... Can you point out one of your facts again. I must of missed them. AAC and myself are having an intelligent debate, and we're not talking about an Ohio drivers license and driving in another state. We're talking about an Ohio ID card. Please pay attention. Thank you very much.

Necie Neal, Some people have never left the plantation, just called public housing now. And instead of masters owning these people, the government does now.
Busyman, my feelings exactly. My rights to roam safely in this city and many others have been taken away.

Bring United States’ election system into the 21st century

AAC, That's all well and fine, but would another state with different laws accept my Ohio ID card and could I go to a gun show in Texas and use my Ohio ID card? I don't really know. Thanks.

Bring United States’ election system into the 21st century

AAC, Nothing in your post says left, granted. Went back into your comment history and your not loony left, but you definitely lean left. A lot of your posts though are mostly fair. I guess when you try and help out someone like TB you are perceived as a far left fanatic and not being on the fence. I myself am a conservative and I believe republicans best represent my views. But let me tell you, if President Obama made my life better, and our country stronger, I could care less if he was president forever. I just know what conservatism is and I wonder if liberals know what liberalism is. Thanks.
