In fact, I will do everything I can to make sure that ANY levy similar to this one is never passed. Gov. Kasich, PLEASE have OUR Ohio Attorney General look into the Ohio Supreme Court ruling that private nonprofit organizations do not have to hold public meeting and do not have to disclose HOW OUR TAX DOLLARS WERE SPENT! This same holds true for WRAP in Warren. To the Trumbull County Commissioners: DO NOT GIVE ANOTHER PENNY of "OUR" TAX DOLLARS TO SCOPE OR ANY OTHER PRIVATE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION! REALLY COMMISSIONERS, YOU DID NOT KNOW! The Ohio Supreme Court Rulings need to be challenged again. EVEN MORE IMPORTANT, OHIO LAW MUST BE CHANGED IMMEDIATELY! PLEASE, GOV. KASICH, MAKE THIS REQUEST HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY SO I CAN ONCE AGAIN VOTE FOR LEVIES I FEEL ARE RIGHT FOR US. ANY PRIVATE NONPROFIT THAT RECIEVES ANY TAX DOLLARS (federal/state/local) MUST MAKE FULL DISCLOSURE OF "ALL" INFORMATION, UPON REQUEST, UNDER THE OHIO AND FEDERAL OPEN RECORDS LAWS.
