It's not a matter of just turning down the music. In that situation the cops need to be able to hear whats going on, not having the loud music interfere with the situation. Once the kid hit the cop with the car and continued to drive with the cop on the hood. The cop had every right to use deadly force!!!!
Wow, Talk about a corrupt city. I drive for a living and if we have a fender bender we are off to get drug test asap. Here we have a police officer who gets no drug or alcohol test for an accident that pretty much totals a city cruiser. I pretty much think you can drag your feet and stop a car doing 20mph on dry pavement. Come on guys do we look retarded?
