Watched the game, Norwayne was certainly the better team. However the Norwayne coach is not to be respected. He was afraid to kickoff to their power, trickery and deceit was his major weapon. If not for 5 onside kicks it would have been a closer game. Then while up 47-7, he still had starters in passing for touchdowns. I hope he's happy knowing he is nothing more than a second rate high school coach that would never make it on a higher level of any kind. And I don't mean just college. He would get killed in division 1 or 2. Not to take away from the team, they have some great receivers and runners and deserve this playoff berth. They do however deserve a better coaching staff also! Congrats to Liberty for a great season, I see good things to come for them.
Smith is not under the rule of the Commissioners. He did however put his top aid, Barzak on the committee to form the commissioners policy. Yes the same policy he rejected. Why? Because it did not stop non union employees from getting donations from union employees. His statements not mine. I believe its too late for anyone else to file to run against him for his seat so he doesn't seem to seem to care. He files as a Democrat but seems to dislike union employees. His arrogance precedes him.

However his top aid was on the panel to develop the policy. Is it just me or is that double talk? If your not legally sure your are a county agency why put your top aid on a county subcommittee? Maybe to make sure time can't be traded between union and non-union employees? (of which she is one) Or just to save face. Too late Randy! Southsidedave is right, lets start a fund and help this women. Its obvious her employer doesn't want to.
Randy Smith is anything but a good guy curmdgeon. Arrogant may be a better word to describe him. And your prediction is wrong. Know him, spoke to him on many occasions, used to like him until the power went to his head. It may not be allowed in the labor agreement, however it is not dis-allowed either. His managements rights clause gives him the authority to do it if he so chooses.Their contract is online ck it out, article 3 section 2.
